Not long ago I was 60 lbs overweight, had low energy levels, low back pain and extremely low confidence. I eventually became sick and tired of being sick and tired and had to do something.
I tried several fad diets including low carb, Whole 30 and Keto and was also doing countless hours of cardio each week and getting nothing but mixed results.
...But more importantly those things just weren’t sustainable. I love burgers and beer, especially IPAs (I’m a bit of a beer snob lol) and I wasn’t willing to give those things up so I decided to figure it out on my own.
I got to work and used all my knowledge and experience as a registered nurse, personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist.
I finally figured out the perfect system for REAL SUSTAINABLE RESULTS....
I went on to drop the weight, reduce my health risks and gain my confidence back.
...But the MOST IMPORTANT transformation I had was finally becoming an amazing role model for my son and being the leader of my family in every aspect.
I believe every father has the moral and ethical responsibility to prioritize their health so they can be around to watch their kids grow up to pursue greatness.
That is EXACTLY why I started Dad Bod Health. I wanted to show other men how simple it can be to achieve Optimal Health without fad diets or strenuous hours of cardio so they can gain back their energy and be around long term for their family.
